Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Electric Two-Wheelers:
Returns are not accepted for electric scooters. Once purchased, the sale is considered final. However, after-sales service and support will be provided as per the warranty and service terms.
- Spare Parts and Accessories:
These can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Used or installed parts are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To request a return for eligible items:

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or video if applicable.
- If the return is approved, instructions for shipping the item back will be provided.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Service Support for Two-Wheelers
- For any issues with two-wheelers, we provide service assistance either at our Chennai service center or through authorized technicians.
- Please contact our support team to schedule a service or check warranty coverage.
