1. Electric Two-Wheelers – Store Pickup Only

• Electric scooters (EV two-wheelers) are available for store pickup only.
• Customers must collect their vehicle from our showroom located at:

• Once your booking is confirmed, our team will inform you when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Valid ID proof and invoice copy are required during pickup.

2. Spare Parts and Accessories – Home Delivery

• EV spare parts and accessories can be shipped anywhere in India.
• Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions.

4. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

• Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you receive damaged items, notify us immediately with photos/videos.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural calamities, but we’ll assist in tracking the shipment.
